In addition to ensuring communities around the country have an adequate blood supply for new moms, we are passionate about supporting survivors and families affected by severe maternal morbidity. Most Maternal Near-Miss Survivors have significant informational and emotional needs following discharge. Finding a space to process and connect with other survivors is a healing recovery experience for many. While not an exhaustive list of organizations, here is a list of resources to help you get started. This list began through the efforts of the Maternal Near-Miss Support Group.
